Security & Privacy Practices
Last updated: June 2026
We take a privacy-first approach. The solver and hint engine run in your browser, and we apply reasonable safeguards to any information we do handle.
Privacy by design
Core solving runs entirely in your browser. Your guesses and target words stay on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
Reasonable security practices
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for site traffic.
- Access controls and least-privilege practices for any stored data.
- Minimization — we collect only what is needed to provide the service.
- Routine review of our providers and configurations.
Shared responsibility
No system is perfectly secure. We apply reasonable measures, and we ask you to protect your account credentials and device. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
